Health Screening Packages

Our health screening packages offer a comprehensive range of assessments designed to give you a clear understanding of your health. With experienced medical professionals guiding you throughout, we make the screening process comfortable, seamless, and informative.

Essential Screening:
The Foundation of Preventive Health

Regular health screening provides a valuable snapshot of your overall health. Our Essential Screening package covers key laboratory tests, including blood counts, blood sugar, cholesterol, kidney and liver function. These essential checks provide a useful baseline of your health, helping you stay informed and keep track of changes over time.

Osteoporosis Screening:
Building Stronger Bones for Tomorrow

Maintaining bone health is important for staying active and independent as you age. Our Osteoporosis Screening package includes tests to assess your bone health and risk of osteoporosis, a condition that can weaken bones and increase the risk of fractures. Knowing your bone health can help you take timely steps to maintain bone strength, mobility, and independence for years to come.

Cancer Screening:
Empowering Early Detection

Early detection can make a meaningful difference in the management of many cancers. Our Cancer Screening package combines selected blood tests, including tumour markers, and other assessments to screen for common cancers, taking into account factors such as age, gender, and individual risk. Screening provides an opportunity to detect potential warning signs early and, where needed, take the next steps towards further evaluation.

Cardiovascular Screening:
Protect Your Heart and Brain

Heart and blood vessel health play an important role in your overall well-being. Our Cardiovascular Screening package assesses key risk factors for heart disease and stroke, including blood sugar, cholesterol, kidney and liver function, and other essential health indicators. Understanding your cardiovascular risk profile can help you make informed lifestyle choices and take steps to protect your heart and brain health.

Chronic Diseases & Cancer Screening:
A Comprehensive View of Your Health

Take a more comprehensive approach to preventive health with our Chronic Diseases & Cancer Screening package. Building on our Essential Screening package, this package assesses key risk factors for common chronic conditions and includes tumour marker tests associated with selected cancers. A broader view of your health can help uncover areas that may benefit from closer monitoring or further discussion with your physician.

Mental Wellness Screening:
A Deeper Understanding of Your Well-Being

Mental health is an important part of overall well-being. In Singapore, growing concerns around depression, anxiety and stress have highlighted the importance of early identification and prevention. Our Mental Wellness Screening package combines qEEG testing (source: iMediSync Korea) and selected blood tests to provide a broader view of factors that may affect your well-being and support meaningful next steps.

For ThinPrep, HPV, urine, and stool tests, we recommend scheduling your screening at least 1 week before or after your menstrual period.

For the Female Hormone Profile, the test is best performed on Day 2–3 of your menstrual cycle.

Frequently asked questions

Health screenings typically operate on a self-pay and claim basis, where applicable. Your health screening or imaging test(s) may be covered or be eligible for corporate rates through insurance or corporate agreements. Please consult your company's HR department or insurance provider for further details.

HbA1C is a diagnostic tool for diabetes, offering information on blood glucose control over the past three months by measuring sugar molecules attached to red blood cells. Additionally, a non-fasting random blood glucose test is performed. It is important to recognise that the normal range for random blood glucose differs from that of fasting blood glucose.

If there are abnormal results in the random blood glucose or HbA1C tests, a fasting blood glucose test may be required to confirm a diagnosis of diabetes or prediabetes.

  • Risk category assignment – What are the risk factors for disease?
  • Early disease assessment – Do you exhibit any of the early warning signs or symptoms of disease?
  • Modifiable disease contributor assessment – Which of the risk factors can be improved with lifestyle changes?

You are advised to conduct your medical check up 2 weeks after any vaccination.

If you have recently received the COVID-19 vaccination, you are advised to schedule your mammogram or breast ultrasound appointment at least 6 weeks after receiving the vaccination.

You do not have to delay your health screening check up because of a recent infection.

Blood tests: Some inflammatory markers may be elevated after an infection and the results can be read in the context of a recent infection.

Complications from a COVID-19 infection may also be detected and should be followed up. High sensitivity CRP for cardiac risk stratification would not be suitable for those who have had COVID-19 in the last 1 month.

Chest X-ray: May show infective changes when done after a recent COVID-19 infection and abnormalities should be followed up.

It is not advisable to do health screening if you are pregnant as your gynaecologist would have conducted the necessary prenatal screening for you.

During pregnancy:

  • Urea and uric acid will decrease during the 1st trimester.
  • By the 2nd trimester, the albumin, potassium, protein and sodium level will decrease while the creatinine level increases.
  • Glucose and cholesterol levels will increase, contributing to a risk of gestational diabetes, which can increase the risk of developing high blood pressure, such as preeclampsia.

Hence, results will not be accurately presented.
